But here I take those three letters to stand for the elements which constitute the true happiness of man
1. Zufriedeheit - Satisfaction wit the life of what you have received from God and men, what you have acquired and what you have or possess. Greedy to possess more and more is sinful and makes man restless
2. Dankbarkeit - Gratitude, always thankful to God and men for what we are, what we have achieved. Recognising that what we are and have are gifts from God and men, not our creations!
3. Frieden - Peace with God and with man. To keep our relation to God and man without sin. Daily an examination of conscience with respect to relation with God and men, will give us peace.
These three make us truly happy.
